Polyphonic is a music streaming & community site founded in 2015 by Belgium-based self proclaimed music fanatic Sara Visser. In order to share their success with the subscribers Polyphonic commissioned the design of a microsite showcasing the annual summary in an interesting, non-corporate style. Inspired by the indie, underground music dark colours along with neon accents were chosen to reflect and capture their theme. The central concept of ‘revealing and hiding’ with the visual keywords subterranean, mosaic, secretive were the foundation for the graphic elements, typography and image treatment of the website and subsequent collateral.
